Erin's exposure to dentistry began in childhood with her family’s dental office in Illinois; her father practiced dentistry in a small family practice for approximately four decades, serving generations of patients. That commitment to service still resonates with her—and with the approach to patient care that she and her husband, Rahul, strive to bring to their family practice in Capitol Hill.
Erin’s education and professional background have focused on the performing arts, human resources, and law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from MacMurray College (with majors in psychology, theatre, and Spanish) and a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Labor Relations from the University of Illinois. Her early career focused on stage management and performing arts administration for theatre and dance companies. She subsequently transitioned to the Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR), where she served as a Human Resources and Labor Relations Liaison. She is currently pursuing a Master of Jurisprudence at the University of Washington School of Law with a concentration in Employment and Human Resources Law.
