What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first appointment is a comprehensive exam and consultation — not just a routine cleaning.
We begin with a detailed evaluation so we can understand your dental health and recommend the most appropriate preventive care and treatment for you.
During your visit:
Review your dental and medical history
Digital X-rays and clinical photographs
3D digital scan of your teeth
Comprehensive exam of teeth, gums, and bone
Bite and jaw (TMJ) evaluation
Oral cancer screening
Insurance & Payment
We accept all PPO dental insurance plans as an out-of-network provider.
What this means
You may have higher out-of-pocket costs depending on your plan
We file claims on your behalf
Treatment recommendations are based on your health — not insurance limitations
This allows us to spend the time needed to provide prevention-focused, long-lasting dentistry.

Preparing for Your Appointment
After scheduling, you’ll receive access to your Dental MyChart account.
Please complete your forms at least 24 hours before your visit so we can prepare for your appointment.
If needed, you’re welcome to arrive 20 minutes early to complete them in the office.
